The Caretaker

A game made for the InJam 2023, for which the theme was "Emotions".

The word emotion comes from the Latin root for "move", moveō.
When we let ourselves be touched by an emotion, it makes us move.
This movement, be it over seconds or years, changes us from an "old me" to a "new me".

The Caretaker is a simple memory game in which you match portraits of people, "old them" and "new them".
When you succeed, you are rewarded by discovering a little bit about someone's journey.
